Objective

The objective of this project is to select a social problem and create a graphic design solution to help solve it. For this project, I chose to address the issue of the "digital divide" and developed a brand to tackle this issue. The ultimate goal of the project is to explore three graphic design delivery methods and design a brand accordingly.

Approach

I tackled the digital divide issue between young people and seniors by focusing on their familiarity with and acceptance of technology. To motivate seniors to actively learn and participate in the digital world, I developed graphic design solutions that use accessible imagery and larger fonts for easier readability. To achieve this, I designed a support app, a game event that allows the elderly to meet and play with each other, and digital education classes to help bridge the digital divide.
